I design digital products by making structural decisions before touching any screen — and staying accountable for those decisions through implementation. That means defining information architecture, interaction models, and scalability criteria first. Not as a process ritual — because design decisions have structural consequences, and those consequences compound. My work sits at the intersection of product strategy and execution. I collaborate directly with PMs and Engineers to translate complex, multi-actor problems into coherent, scalable experiences — particularly in B2B SaaS platforms, fintech products, and digital identity systems, where a wrong structural decision early costs orders of magnitude more to fix later.
